Wonderful friendly, service oriented staff. They go out of their way to make sure that guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, particularly the bungalows which are very spacious. If there are any shortcomings in location, its more than made up by the owner, Madame Ha, and he charming and wonderful staff. Its 5 star service at a very reasonable price. Best little place on Phu Quoc island.
While the beach is narrow, the swimming is good and you can sit just above the water. on comfortable lounge chairs.

Reasonable price, friendly staff, good сuisine.
If you're looking for quiet place just to relax and to enjoy beach, it's a suitable hotel. If you like active rest, explore surroundings and wander around, you'd better choose something closer to the town center

The staff was very friendly and the lady-owner was also taking care of all the guests personally. The breakfast (which was included in the price) was just fantastic! Restaurant is just 0.5 m from the sea, so enjoyed our morning coffee a lot.
There is no beach. We expected there is 2 meter wide sand line to lay down near the sea. However there is only 0,5 meter (if the wind is not so strong and waves are quite calm) line ending in the high cement wall of the hotel terrace! If this is not a problem for you - then you will like it. You just go down the stairs from the terrace and/or restaurant and go for a swim. We asked the staff and they were very helpful to bring down the chairs for us, which we placed just after this cement wall ends - in other hotels territory. It was ok, because the hotel is under the reconstruction. Not sure if they are happy with this when they finish. We easily found other hotel - Museum resort, which we enjoyed a lot. You have to walk to the beach like 5 minutes, but you get nice beach and no cement walls.

In one word Paris Beach is idyllic. You don't go to Phu Quoc to see things. You don't go to take tours. You go to relax and unwind. There could be no better setting than Paris Beach. It is so easy to pass a day or more without going out, apart from into the ocean, the sand being down a flight of four steps from the restaurant, the waves lapping up to the sand. The food is absolutely excellent. A super-broad menu that I sampled extensively over my six day visit. Absolute quality everywhere you look. Highly recommend bbq fish of the day and seafood noodles. Wow, I'm hungry for it now!
The only less than perfect thing I can think of was the shower's weak water pressure. But really if that's a big deal, perhaps you should stay at home haha! This place is dream-like!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The owner Mrs. Ha was always around and super friendly and interesting, and also seemed very relaxed and laid back with her staff which we appreciated. It is literally steps from the ocean and it was lovely to hear waves crashing all night long. They also upgraded us to the VIP bungalow for free which was right by the ocean. The food was also tasty and reasonably priced. This is a great place to stay for laid back people that want something nicer than a hostel and also affordable.
I really enjoyed everything.

the restaurant is very nice located, just above the sea and you can enjoy dinner with a beautiful sun set....
it is just not my idea of a tropical island accommodation...it is nice but hard to say why we left after 2 nights, the food is nice but much better somewhere else. there is not really a beach. the whole location doesn't feel like a beach resort....nice but not for long....but the restaurant is definitely worth it to go for the sun set....and have a super yummy banana shake

Value for money comfortable hotel. Friendly staff who speak English. The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the main town where you can expect to pay much higher prices than mainland Vietnam.

Very friendly staff. Excellent food. The bungalows are very comfortable and spacious and situated in a beautiful garden which is very well taken care of. It is very nice to be able to eat right by the sea.
